Hi, I’m Rebecca Shisler Marshall, PhD, and I bridge the gap between science and soul.
After my own journey through burnout and overwhelm, I discovered that true wellness isn’t found in quick fixes—it’s created through a holistic approach that honors all parts of who you are.
Today, I blend my background in cognitive psychology with extensive training in integrative wellness and women’s health to help others find their path to vibrant wellbeing.

After scheduling your free consultation call, you'll receive a contract and initial assessment focused on burnout, self-compassion, and stress. This helps us understand exactly where you are and what you need.
Step 2: Your First Session
We'll dive deep into your goals and create a clear roadmap for our work together. Often, we begin with energy clearing or REST techniques to create space for deeper transformation.
Step 3: Ongoing Support
Weekly sessions provide structure and accountability as you implement changes. Each session ends with practical experiments to try, helping you integrate new tools into your daily life.

10 personalized 50-minute coaching sessions
Support between sessions via Voxer messaging
Custom recorded meditations and visualizations
Access to proven REST techniques
