I don't feel like myself anymore- but I don't know why. How will this help?

During menopause it’s more important than ever to focus on nourishing yourself so you can feel like yourself again. Pick one area (ex- sleep or bringing more joy) or choose multiple over four sessions to support yourself during this difficult time of life.

Do you use evidence-based practices?

Absolutely! Many of the tools have been studied with positive outcomes- I’m often looking for the latest research and techniques. In addition, I’ve found that science is slower than I would like and so there are some tools that I’ve found helpful for myself and my clients that I use in addition.

I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause- is this right for me?

Absolutely! This is designed with women in mind. Lifestyle changes are important for women no matter what stage of life. In fact, it’s alway important to nourish yourself by decreasing stress, prioritizing sleep, eating a whole food diet, and moving your body.

I've tried everything to feel better and it didn't work. How will this be any different?

Perimenopause/menopause is one of the most frustrating times because there is so little information out there about supporting yourself through the massive hormone changes. Integrative coaching is different because it uses evidenced-based practices to make change, while also offering mindful self-compassion tools as you level up to the newest you. I use science-backed techniques to change the neural networks. Your job will be to practice that change between sessions to help it to stick. They are science-based, but feel like magic.

I'm not interested in working on anything in perimenopause. Would I still be able to work with you?

Absolutely! I also serve clients that are dealing with the thresholds of motherhood, changing careers, and growing self-compassion and healthy habits.

Can I feel better in only 10 or even 4 individual sessions?

Not everything can change quickly- it really depends on where you start! Change is always happening, so yes you can feel different after one session, but it won’t change everything. For more more complex change I suggest 10 sessions. However, a lot can happen in four session. When you have the tools, it gets easier.

What if I have multiple areas that need support?

If you have multiple areas of wellness that need support, I recommend scheduling a consultation call to learn more about the Integrative Possibilities Package, which is 10 sessions and a great fit for more complex situations.

How long are the individual sessions?

50 minutes each

Is this in person or virtual?

I see clients both virtually or in person! You can find me on Wednesdays at the Hormone Midwife Clinic or on other days in my 5 points office. Please let me know your preference for meeting when you schedule.

What if I'm not sure?

I totally get it! There’s no pressure to sign up if it’s not a good fit or if it’s not the right time. Please note that sometimes people get scared with the possibility of change- and that leads them to THINK they aren’t ready when really it’s fear of success/failure!
