Hi, I’m Rebecca Shisler Marshall, PhD, and I bridge the gap between science and spirituality.

After my own journey through burnout and overwhelm, I discovered that true wellness isn’t found in quick fixes—it’s created through a holistic approach that honors all parts of who you are.

Today, I blend my background in cognitive psychology with extensive training in integrative wellness and women’s health to help others find their path to vibrant wellbeing.
