Stress is not the enemy

Stress seems to be such a BIG part of our society now. Or at least all of the people I live and work with and it is a topic that is near and dear to my heart.  When I taught my in-person class last month, one of the first things I said to the group was that it was possible to live with decreased or minimal stress. For many people, living without stress feels impossible. But what if we changed our relationship to stress?

So today I’m so excited to connect with you in video blog (3:46) about why stress is not the enemy and accepting it is important.

Have you been stressed lately? What does accepting stress look like to you?

Share your thoughts below or join me on Facebook or Instagram. I’d love to hear from you!

Peace and Acceptance,
